The INPROMA project, with project code 115740, is co-funded by Program II "Development of Digital Products and Services" under Axis 2.3 "Digitization of Enterprises" of Action 16706 "Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0.
INPROMA concerns the development of an innovative project management tool capable of providing comprehensive management of the entire value chain of a project—from the initial concept to completion and financial settlement.
INPROMA is an intelligent project management application designed to comprehensively manage the entire value chain of a project, from the initial conception of an idea to project completion and financial settlement. INPROMA will leverage machine learning technologies to go beyond mere project tracking (management) and actively support the decision-making process, taking into account various constraints and the specific priorities of involved stakeholders.
Key advantages of the INPROMA include:
- the ability to integrate multiple stakeholders into project workflows.
- full system customization by users based on the characteristics and specific roadmap of each project, utilizing libraries available to subscribers for project configuration.
INPROMA is primarily targeted at businesses and professionals, but it will also be useful for third parties, such as the academic community. It will enable the comprehensive management of various types of projects, including IT, educational, research, and co-funded projects—excluding purely technical projects, which can still be supported in terms of their operational aspects.
The purpose of the application is to support professionals, academics, researchers, and others in enhancing their project management capabilities and achieving their goals in a way that is:
- Comprehensive, ensuring that users/project managers do not need to rely on multiple, non-integrated tools.
- Flexible, allowing easy customization by end users to manage different types of projects while considering specific constraints, such as timelines, budgets, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- User-Friendly, featuring an advanced UI/UX for an intuitive experience.
- Intelligent, supporting decision-making and enabling system self-improvement through advanced technologies.
WP01: Preparatory Work
A detailed Feasibility Study will be conducted, along with a Market Research analysis covering key thematic and geographic target markets, as the global project management applications market is highly dynamic and rapidly evolving. Additionally, this phase will include Industrial Research focused on developing specialized AI predictive algorithms to enhance the system’s forecasting capabilities and support decision-making processes.
WP02: Functional Design
In this phase, the final functional requirements of the system will be determined, and a Product Blueprint will be drafted. A non-functional prototype will also be developed, including mockups to visualize the user experience by combining application section simulations with interface screens.
WP03: Detailed Scheduling
A Product Roadmap will be created, outlining all features and subsystems of the project along with their implementation timeline. Additionally, the configuration of individual subsystems (modules configuration) will be carried out.
WP04: Promotion and Publicity Actions
The first wave of promotional and publicity activities will take place, including:
- Development of a Publicity Plan and content creation
- Design of the product’s brand identity
- Establishment of social media accounts (Social Media Management)
- Implementation of an initial wave of online and social media promotional campaigns
WP05: Technical Design
This phase will establish the development infrastructure (hosting, source control) and set up the development environments (Development, QA, Staging, Production).
WP06: Subsystem Implementation
The individual subsystems of INPROMA will be developed.
WP07: Subsystem Integration – Solution Completion
The integration of subsystems and the completion of a functional prototype will take place. Data will then be imported, and compliance with implementation specifications will be tested (QA-Testing). Additionally, the provisioning mechanism will be implemented.
WP08: Promotion and Publicity ActionsThe second wave of promotional and publicity activities will be carried out, including:
- Updating the product website based on project progress
- Producing marketing content
- Launching a new wave of online and social media promotional campaigns
- Participating in selected industry exhibitions
WP09: Finalization of Subsystems and Unified Application
In this phase, all individual subsystems and the unified application will be finalized based on the testing results from Phase 2.
WP10: Preparation for Commercialization
This phase will involve the creation of technical manuals and the finalization of the pricing strategy. Additionally, necessary actions will be taken to enhance the provisioning and deployment mechanisms to ensure the completion of the product distribution channel.
WP11: Promotion and Publicity Actions
The third wave of promotional and publicity activities will include:
- Updating the product website content
- Producing new promotional materials
- Launching a new round of online and social media marketing campaigns
- Participating in an industry exhibition
